Welcome to COCO ELARA. These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of our website and any purchases made through www.cocoelara.com. 2. Contract of Sale

Your order is an offer to purchase goods from us. A contract is only formed when you receive an email confirming that your order has been accepted. We reserve the right not to accept or cancel your order at any time due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected misuse of promotions.

3. Payment

We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express and Klarna (Pay Later / Pay in 3). All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

4. Promotions & Discounts

Promotional codes:

  • Only one code can be applied per order.

  • Codes cannot be used on sale items, gift cards, packaging, or bundle deals unless stated.

  • Misuse of discount codes may result in order cancellation.

Gift with Purchase:

  • One free gift per qualifying transaction.

  • If returning items causes your order to fall below the qualifying amount, the gift must be returned too.

  • If the gift is not returned in resellable condition, its retail value may be deducted from your refund.

5. Customised & Personalised Items

Personalised items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless faulty. By placing an order for a personalised product, you agree to waive your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

6. Returns & Cancellations

We hope you love your order, but if not, you can return eligible items within 14 days of receipt.
📌 Personalised items cannot be returned unless defective.

7. Delivery & Availability

All orders are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, we will notify you and issue a refund within 14 days.

8. Liability

COCO ELARA is not responsible for:

  • Delays outside our control

  • Minor variations in product colour or finish due to device display differences

  • Any damage caused by improper use or handling of our products

Always inspect your items before wear. Do not wear damaged items.
